A quick update! We have identified a couple of issues with the latest release. So we had to disable new methods temporarily for all customers. We are working on the fix and are hoping to enable it back at the earliest possible. Will continue to share updates

Those triggers trigger when Dynamic Chat pushes those activities into Marketo (of course this push happens in near-realtime). Chatbot events are captured from Chatbot to Dynamic Chat backend and then pushed into Marketo
