@Ed_Ortega1 Apologize for missing to reply! The current feature only impacts activities by not logging them. So where ever you have email activity-based filters/triggers/reports might see a small dip (~ <3%) but no impact or change w.r.t to filtering or triggering audience.

Hi Everyone, Thank you for your questions and responses. Till Oct 2021, Dynamic chat was under Beta and we have done implemented a lot of feedback and fixes. Now, Dynamic chat is under limited GA and provisioned to a few selected customers so far. We plan to open Dynamic chat to everyone in H1 2022...
