Thanks, Laura. Yes, it looks the only way is merging and cleaning up. I already tested using different smartlists/filters - did not help.Just wanted to make sure I did not miss anything.Helen
Hello,Is there any workaround on how to dedup triggered campaign? We have a camapign that is very reasonalbe to be run as triggered, not a batch. The only problem is duplicates that won't be be eliminated. Is there anything to be done, other than cleaning up database?Helen
If we change cadence manually? Will it work? We have a very complicated campaign and we'd rather use engagemet streams vs. smart campaigns with wait steps. I know that changing wait step value is not possible once the program is laucnhed, but what about engagement programs cadence?Thanks!
