I can look into this. What if you add multiple filters with different "query string contains" constraints. Does that work?
Michelle, are you importing the templates and selecting "Guided" for editing mode in the import dialog? You may get errors if you attempt to import the templates as "Free-form" templates. If you're still having difficulties, please let us know!

There is no such thing as “Mobile Compatible” for a Guided template, as the look-and-feel of the page is entirely driven by the template. If the form is going into a fixed region of the page that is already structured, why wouldn't you use a "Guided" landing page for this? Probably more what you're looking for if you don't want people dragging things around.JustinSent via mobile
