KIm Gandy. We found that it was pulling all of ours within today and 90 days from now. (ooops). We just decided to send email alerts through salesforce. Not all the way set up, yet. When it is I can show you how it works! Should be done in the next week-ish.

Dory Viscogliosi We put a field under the contact "Main Financial Contact" that is checked. Then we just have a salesforce email alert for the reps.We're now trying to email the Financial contacts 90 days and 60 days prior to their Contract Renewal Date. Hi KIm GandyWe have a similar use case, emailing people for renewals. Our set up is similar to Greg's second comment. It's 2 mini campaigns one at 60 days before the account will renew and one at 30 days.
