Does anyone know how often the data within the Program analyzer is refreshed? I just made a bunch of updates with program success within channels, but not seeing any information changing. I'm guessing it's the typical 24 hour wait period like other things in Marketo, just wanted to double check?

Are you trying to add it to an email you haven't sent yet? If so, when you in the email draft editing, there's an option at the top titled 'Edit Settings'. Click on that and you will see the option to 'Include View as Web Page'.
Double check that the status in Marketo is an available option for SFDC for that campaign type. You can usually go to the campaign in SFDC and click Advanced Setup at the top of the page to view all the member status values.
