I've actually recently set something up like this for our alert routing to SDRs. Works perfectly.
I'm trying to create a lead view for our lead gen specialists to view best bets even though they are not lead owners. Unfortunately there's not a filter for Lead Owner when creating a new view. Any tips or workarounds to pull a list based on specific lead owners?
Does anyone know how to edit the emails/templates shown in the Marketo Message section in Outlook? It currently lists every single email we've sent from Marketo instead of only the Sales Emails I've synced to MSI. We don't want our sales team to have access to every email we've sent.Thanks!
Does anyone know how to pull a smart list and include a filter such as "SFDC ID is not empty". I'm not finding a way to include this. We have a lot of leads that have not been synced over to SFDC yet, and i don't want to email them.Thanks!

Right, it's not visible to the Marketo sync user. I know how to make a field visible, but how do I make a contact record visible?
Just checked, you're right. It looks like the contact is in SFDC but not in Marketo. What's the easiest way to sync this into Marketo and why would it not be already?
I've had members of our sales team contact me several times over the last few days because they are trying to send an email through Marketo Sales Insight, but the Send Marketo Email dropdown isn't appearing on select contact records. I'm not sure if this is a setting issue or what? Does anyone know?...
I think the best way to do this would be to remove the filter for Opportunity was Updated and instead add a constraint to the trigger with - Previous Value is 1. This way the program should only trigger based on the opportunity being updated from 1 to 2.Thanks,Kelly
Does anyone know how often the data within the Program analyzer is refreshed? I just made a bunch of updates with program success within channels, but not seeing any information changing. I'm guessing it's the typical 24 hour wait period like other things in Marketo, just wanted to double check?
