I am sure this can be done.I am trying to set up a smart campaign that will move all attendees from a webinar event to SFDC as a MQL once the webinar is complete. I an easily go into the program and make the member go to SFDC but I was hoping to automate the process. Any suggestions?
Hi - We have a sales rep that is the account owner on a lead in SFDC. The lead is Open, there is nothing set for reminder reasons yet Marketo has sent a reminder alert 3 times as you can see below. Is there a reason, or maybe something within the system that glitching?

We set up a Support email, and sent it off. Now whenever someone clicks the email they are coming through as MQL's which they should not be since it is a Support email. Is there a way to turn this off, or make Support emails not scoring? They are fast tracking if they click and it sets the score to ...
Thank you, I sorted it out. It was the Marketable Leads filter, which was great. Turns out some exclusions set in the filter should not be, so that solved a few things for us. Thanks so much for your help once again.
