We have a sales rep that is the account owner on a lead in SFDC. The lead is Open, there is nothing set for reminder reasons yet Marketo has sent a reminder alert 3 times as you can see below. Is there a reason, or maybe something within the system that glitching?

Replace the "score is changed" trigger with a "data value changes" one. New value at least 50, previous value less than 50.
Your current trigger will fire 3 times is a lead moves to 49 to 50, then from 50 to 51 and then from 51 to 52 in a few milliseconds, before the SC has time to complete and has time to change the "lifecycle status" value.

Pls provide a screenshot of the smart campaign 07-MQC, and a longer section of the activity log.
I would suspects multiple triggers in the smart campaign that all fired together.
