    Send to anyone who fits ALL of the first 5 criteria and anyone whose email soft-bounced (off any email) in the past 90 days.Maybe this is not possible?

    I want to include all those contacts within the first five plus any soft bounced emails. If I only choose a few I am not sure I will get the same results.
