Great idea! Also, if you change the Token name on the folder or Program level, the system does not automatically update that token name in flow steps where it is referenced. It would be very helpful to have this enabled.

That what you described is exactly how Marketo works and i have seen the very same thing happening over and over again. If your lead record exists, but is in different Workspace or Partition, the Smart campaign will simply ignore it.
