Fill out Forms send a email don't work?

I created a campaign,and added a fill out form trigger in Smart List,add a Send Email in Flow.

When I submitted the form(the lead doesn't exist in marketo),the campaign worked.
When I submitted the form(the lead already exist in different partition), the campaign didn't work and not sent email.

I have set the email schedule "every time".

Anybody know that how to work?

Ah, I missed that part. Marketo will see it as a dupe and update the record, but since the smart campaign cannot see that partition, it cannot trigger it.

That what you described is exactly how Marketo  works and i have seen the very same thing happening over and over again. If your lead record exists, but is in different Workspace or Partition, the Smart campaign will simply ignore it.

did you check the lead that did not work - review the activity log.

Can you give us any other criteria on the smart list?
