Sure, I am looking to doing a deep dive into our December audience. I want to look at those whop opened in the top 3 states and see what time they opened. We want to start segmenting our sends based on the best performing times.

Thank you Devraj Grewal​. I don't think the data is accurate, I created a smart list and saw one send had 47% open and 6 clicks. The score is 0 according to email insights?

is there a way to see who those people are ?

Thank you so just to be sure, selected specific programs and over only chose insights for opens. Over to the rigth it has "drivers" and a few states listed. It collects this from the lead record?

Do you know how it measures the state?

is the criteria, is any for all these?

I believe the lead(s) are identified. I uploaded a list with filler fields but the filler field tokens are not populating on the landing page when I send the test. I wasn't sure if guided landing pages vs free form make a difference when pulling through the token.
