Thank you Darrell Alfonso​. So just to confirm, we have a third party whom created a video for us and the link in the email takes them to that video,if we have a marketo form on that page we can track if they filled out the form? Or only if they are a known lead?

Our salesforce has one record labeled unsubscribe and another not, one is a lead and one is a contact. If we have duplicates and one is unsubscribed and one isn't, do we have to have the system smart list (duplicates) in place to catch these people in our batch sends?

Thank you Greg! I was able to solve this yesterday i found that all 111 leads came in through sales insight and were checked marketing suspended.
