Greg,No, definitely don't install the MLM package. It's been removed from the AppExchange so it shouldn't even be available any more, but some people still apparently have a direct link to it bookmarked. Just install the MSI package alone.Mike
Mia Whitfield The installation process has been updated to avoid the MLM package, but since you've got the MLM Package installed by using the older links to it, however it got installed, then it would fall within the configuration change here. The fields would be there and would need to be recreat...
Hi Jason Hamilton Yes, you'll definitely want to make sure you're using the API names just as they're given in the doc. Adding Marketo Fields to Salesforce Enterprise/Unlimited Edition The "mkto71_..." piece is used at the start of all of the fields, but isn't just a placeholder--it's part of that ...
Hi Greg,If the MLM or MSI packages haven't been installed yet, you can just go ahead and install them. The changes here and the scheduling involved are really meant just for existing customers who already have the packages installed and need to recreate the fields to replace the previous ones.Thanks...

Greg,Makes me suspect field permissions. Check the field level security setting and make sure the "read only" access is un-checked. In Adding Marketo Fields to Salesforce Enterprise/Unlimited Edition it's step 8. If the sync user can't write to the field, that would definitely cause the issue there....
Greg,The sync of data to the fields will keep going until January 31st, 2017. That's the cut off date when the sync stops. Whether you recreate the fields or not, data still passes to the old fields until that date--no change has been made there yet. So, if you're seeing problems with values syncing...
Greg,I stand corrected! There are some tokens that can be used in the To Other Email addresses field of a Send Alert flow step.Send Alert - Marketo Docs - Product Docs
Hi John Danielson Try making a change to the field value for at least one record on both Lead and Contact objects. Creating the fields is part one, but the sync cycle needs to know that the field exists in order to pull it down to Marketo, so part two is generating a SysModStamp on that field to ge...
