+1 to this. It's not possible for people to go back to a previous status within a program, so Sanford's suggestion is a simple & reliable way to ensure anyone who has progressed to the full completion previously will be suppressed from this flow.
Hey Brittany,Yep, I would basically do this - I'd clone the assets rather than move them, then turn off the campaigns, archive. This will let you keep all the reporting for the program. I've never attempted this personally, but I don't think this is possible/necessarily a good idea. If you remove th...
Hey Spencer,It depends on exactly how this program is stuctured (e.g., is it a multipart form?), but using a filter in the smart campaign for "not has filled form", or "not member of smart campaign" (where the campaign is the one that sends the form completed email) should achieve what you're lookin...
Sample size should be large enough for you to be confident that the result is statistically significant. How big that is will be somewhat dependent on your typical open/click rates. Hey Meghan,Overall, naming conventions are pretty personal to both the business model and the preference of the controlling user, but there are a few things that I recommend taking into consideration.First, naming convention should be as short as humanly possible, and as long as crucially necessary....
Hey Vanessa,I've used both Hubspot and Pardot, and Marketo is definitely my preferred solution. In my previous role I moved the business off Pardot & onto Marketo due to the issues we had with the tool. In my current role (agency side), I manage clients who use both Marketo and Hubspot. Bearing in m...
