Hey Milly,The dashboard of an email program pulls through details from email performance and is not based on program status. If you have additional program statuses that you'd like to have covered, and don't have smart campaigns in the program to update program status (and best practice is one smart...
Hey Sue,We'd really need you to provide the code for the email to help pinpoint the cause of the issue for you. It could simply be that the line height is set the same way but looks different because line height is relative to the specific font being used and the fonts differ between the two clients...
Additional note: some email clients will override this with their default settings. If you want to be more certain that the hyperlink shows as white, and underlined (though to be fair, not underlined tends to be where you'll run into more issues), you'll need to add "!important" to those styles, lik...

We'll be better able to help you get to the bottom of it if you...
Hi Nimisha, This will require you to code the image as a background image (note that background images aren't accepted by all clients, and some MSO versions require VML to ensure display), with a two column table overlaid to contain the two buttons. The exact best code to enable this will vary depen...
I do basically the same thing, but the only one that we actually set as a variable is campaign (IIRC source & medium default to Marketo & Email respectively). We also use the program name token to autopopulate campaign.
