We deployed Full Circle CRM in August, very happy with it so far. It does take a lot of interdepartmental admin work to set it up - which is part of what I liked about it. In my opinion, anyone who claims to solve those kinds of problems with an out-of-the-box solution is misleading you or lying to ...
I don't suppose this email is part of an AB test in an email program? If it is, the email name changes to reflect that it's part of a test, and you'll want to type in the name of the program instead of the name of the email.
Are you positive the email is approved? Approve an Email - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation If yes, then you might try logging into Marketo using an incognito window. If it works in the incognito window, you probably need to clear your browser's cookies to fix the problem.
Two requirements for this:1. Like Ariel said, you have to send the email using a smart campaign to a real lead - and (if I remember correctly) the smart campaign has to be in the program. You can not test this using a sample email.2. I'm guessing you already know this, but to be certain: the test le...
Hi Ryan,As far as I'm aware Marketo can only email the primary, standard Email Address field, which only syncs with the standard Email field in Salesforce. I don't believe it allows you to sync the Email Address field in Marketo to a custom Salesforce field, nor does it allow you to select a custom ...
Do you simply want to block certain records that are already in Salesforce from syncing down to Marketo?

Are they attached to an opportunity? Have they since become a customer?)2. Apart from causing a negativ...
I see your thinking Bruce, but if they're marked as exhausted, that guarantees they already got all of those emails. So you don't need to confirm they *did* receive an email more than 180 days ago, just that they did *not* receive one of the emails in the past 180 days. I try to set up activity filt...
Hi Bruce,I believe you want to use "Not Was Sent Email" rather than "Was Sent Email". The former will make sure they were NOT sent one of the listed emails during the specified timeframe, where as the latter makes sure they WERE sent the email during that time frame.HOWEVER - be aware that an engage...
If an email address hits a spam trap, I believe Marketo unsubscribes it globally, but I'm unaware of a process by which they remove the address from all Marketo databases by lead request.
