Is your email program using an AB Test? What does the Smart List look like? It says there are errors in the Smart List but you have only shown us the Flow.
Currently there is no ability to target a sync error with a filter or trigger, so you wouldn't be able to do this.
Not natively, no. You would need a pretty custom integration with a middleware using the API to perform the sync operations. You couldn't use the native sync at all in that scenario.It's probably easier to just request a Marketo sandbox from your account manager to hook up to your SFDC Sandbox.
The next time the record is updated in Salesforce it will sync back down to Marketo and create a new record. You will need to find a way to stop records you deleted in Marketo from being visible to the sync user, either through visibility rules or asking Support to set up a sync filter.
Unless your pages get very heavy traffic (several tens of thousands of views an hour) you shouldn't see very much delay, if any. If you are seeing delays of an hour of web activity writing to activity logs, you should submit a support ticket.
I can see traffic being posted into both instances in the network traffic tab of the browser. Are you sure you're looking at a record cookied on both domains?

Hi Tom,This is expected. Fields created in Salesforce do not automatically map to existing Marketo fields. Please submit a support ticket and ask for the fields to be merged together.
Sales Person is the entity that owns Person records for sales and marketing purposes. Marketo Users cannot be created over the API and must be invited through the UI by an administrator.
