    Are they contacting each lead and converting them to unique Acconts? Instead of adding the lead to an existing Account?You may be able to track reports by Account or set a flag for unique Accounts. I'd have to see more of what you mean to offer better advice.

    The Marketo iPad app should work well, although I don't think it's intended for self serve. Check with cvent or eventbrite. Salesforce uses something interesting too.

    You may wish to speak to support.Alternatively, force a Sync by selecting all leads with SFDC Type IS NOT EMPTY and Sync Lead to SFDC. This should update all records from SFDC.Marketo does poll SFDC every 5 min or so and uses a special flag on each field to see if something was updated. Not sure why...

    That's hard to do.If the field isn't being used in any asset, you can HIDE it in the FIeld Manager.If it is being used, then you have to remove it from the assets before you can hide it.You also have to consider which fields you need and if you still need that data. Are these fields in SFDC too?
