Yes...sort of...Setup>Date of Activity. You can constrain the report to look at any time range, so you could do this based on when you sent it.You can also look at the Email itself in the Smart List, but this is usually unnecessary.

Generally avoid using anything other than a dash in your campaigns or programs. Periods and underscores are allowed, but then you get this kind of issue.
