Hi Deidre - in the editor our custom fonts often don't come through, but once live are perfectly fine.
Hi Charlie - when this happens I try to send a sample to my gmail account and 95% of the time it does go through there. Our email servers, despite Marketo being whitelisted, still catch these emails off and on. Give that a try and if it doesn't go through, I'd put in a ticket with Marketo.
