As Jamie suggested, the best thing you can do is make sure that you are sending to valid email addresses. By removing inactive and invalid email addresses you will significantly reduce the spam trap hits. We occasionally send large batch emails and I haven't seen a different in being flagged as spam...
Everything seems to be working correctly for me this morning. Might want to open a ticket with Marketo Support.
How large are the campaigns you are sending? Larger campaigns, especially ones with complicated smart lists, can take a while to qualify all of the leads for that campaign and then to execute the flow.
Our presenter worked the popular questions into the presentation and then opened up for Q&A at the end. We also add an email address as the closing slide allowing any unanswered questions to be sent to that inbox which we manage follow-ups.

What does the "Results" tab show for that smart campaign?
We had this issue with some of our event campaigns, our reps wanted to sign up for the prospects that they spoke to in person. I'd love to hear of a good solution or workaround.
Personally, when I set it up I would not have the Choice 2 in there. But it will not make a difference.
