Roxann is correct, when editing the email, select "Edit Settings" and make sure "Publish to Marketo Sales Insight" is checked!

Geoff,Are you creating the templates in Marketo and publishing to MSI? I've noticed we have some that render differently when created that way and sent from the Outlook plug-in. Any best practices are appreciated!

I've recently had somewhat of the same issue, what we did was add a filter into the triggered alert campaigns for "Not Lead Was Converted" in time frame "Today". It seems to be doing the trick so far.
