Email performance reports - to keep track of how our emails are doing. Weekly We use the reports to report back to our account executives and see how well our emails are working. Mainly account executives and certain department planners.

Hey Jeff,Thanks so much for your response! Attached is a screenshot for the 'Not in Program Name' person. It does completely make sense that there is a trigger campaign looking for leads who were sent the email, as we do have a smart campaign that sets that up. Thanks so much again for your help!
