Hi:Facebook Ad Bridge custom audiences have a minimum size of 20 but no maximum, though their documentation says there is a max of 10000 per send. You may want to reach out to Facebook support first and see if there are issues on their end. If not, then reach out to Marketo support.

Hi, Karla:Gregoire is corrrect - deleting a list does not delete the lead. To delete the leads, you can run a smart list to find those leads and then use a flow action to "Delete Leads" that are on the smart list. Be very cautious that you are only deleting the undesired leads.
