My suggestion is to test it on a few leads in Marketo (add a filter to include about five-ten leads) to see if your updates applied in Marketo are correctly transferred to CRM. If everything works correctly on these few leads, then you can apply it to your whole batch of leads

Hi Dan, I just did a merge between a Marketo lead known to CRM, and a Marketo Lead unknown to CRM. When I merge the two together, and after defining which field to keep in the Conflicts Window, it updates all data that are blank to the new value that's available in the other contact.
