Sure - probably the easiest way is to put links to both files on the follow up page that the user gets to after submitting the form.
One way would be to create a Smart Campaign like this:Smart List: Member of List & Inactivity filters of your choosing (Not Clicked Link in Email or on Webpage for example)Flow: Delete Lead or Change Data Value: Marketing Suspended = True Schedule: Run Once on the expiration date

We use this formula for our campaigns: YYYYMM-RG-XX-Desc-Location*Where RG = Region (Americas, Europe, AsiaPac, Global), XX = Type of Event/Campaign (we have short codes for each e.g. Trade Shows = TS, Email = EM, Webinar = WB, etc.), Desc = Event or campaign name (e.g. name of tradeshow), Location ...
I don't see the answer to my question.
It's hard to say what the issue could be without seeing the full program or your system, but is it possible that leads have run through this program already and it is set to only allow them to run through it once?
For those of us who registered at the $995 rate a couple weeks ago, can we get the $100 additional discount refunded to us?

I think I'd probably do it the way you mentioned - can't think of another way to push that lead back into the smart campaign if it's set to run through only once.
