You could also set up your scoring & interesting moments, lead routing, etc. to never score or take action on any of the leads in the static lists that comprise those users.

That would work. But overall, I'm wondering about your logic here. If that attribute (Macro Investing Insights) is mapped to SFDC then the value will already be true in both Marketo & SFDC. What else do you need to happen after someone fills out that form and selects that value?

What are the two triggers in your campaign? I'm onlly reading one. Maybe post a screen shot of your workflow here to make it easier for others to help you.

I would clear your cache & cookies completely and/or try in different browsers to make sure this isn't happening to just you. If that doesn't help, it might be a good idea to create a ticket with support as they can get into your instance and see what you're seeing where none of us really can.
