The process you've described is the process for hiding a field that you no longer want to use in your instance. To hide a field on a form (assuming you're referring to a hidden field in this context) you select the field and the type will be "hidden."
In the email performance report, navigate to the setup tab. You will see filters on the right side of the screen. Select the 'Marketing Activities Archived Emails' filter and select the archived emails you would like to include.Hope this helps!Tara
Are you referencing scoring here? If so you will need to set up a lead scoring campaign which listens for a program status change (ie tradeshow > visited booth) and increases the behavior score and lead score in the flow step.This is a good place to startDoes this answer your question?Thanks,Tara
You could add all the duplicate records to a list and suppress that list in your campaign. Once you've finished your dedupe project you could delete the list or remove the filter from your smart list to allow the leads to qualify for the campaign at a later date.

I don't believe it's a standard field, but I personally use SFDC. I'd look for a data management campaign that is updating this field to determine what activities are causing an update to the 'modified on' field.
