Hi Ivan, If he can initiate a status change and change the lead owner to the queue in SFDC than you should be able to trigger the 'reset lead score' campaign by listening for a status change, new value=nurture.
Marketo does not see queues in SFDC, which is why you don't see that option in the list of lead owners. Is there another data value change occuring simultaneously that you could be listening for to reset the score?Tara
If you did have SFDC, you could link to the leads SFDC record by using your SFDC link prefix followed by an SFDC id token. They can then easily access the record's MSI Activity log. Hi Matt, Yes this is correct. When you set the test percentage to 20% this will be divided between the test emails, so 10% each, with the other 80% receiving the winner.Tara
A smart list pulls all leads who opened an email, where as an email performance report tells you how many opens occurred. The opens in the email performance report are not necessarily unique.
You could AB test whole emails each with a link to a different landing page and have the winning criteria be based on click through.
Marketo Sales Insight Id - this is the identification for the contact's MSI in SFDC. You can hide the field in Marketo via the field management section of Admin.
In the past, I've found that the first email in an A/B test was sent to the remaining recipients in the case of a tie.
