Makes sense (and yes, I was already predicting problems with reserved characters). Next silly question - can module variables be referenced in Velocity. E.g., I set the a variable called 'colour' to 'BLUE' on the module, and then depending on whether a lead has a checkbox 'loves_blue' checked leave...
Good afternoon all.is it possible to write velocity code directly against a module in an email template, or do I need to abstract it by referencing a script token in the template? I'd like to build out a module that has the ability to comment itself out (often referenced here) without needing to ad...
Does the lead query not takes dates in the comma separated list?Right, Date fields are not indexed as lookup fields. That seems a little bizarre... still, we live and learn 🙂
Sanford,I'm pretty relaxed about the logic of BE.. namely creating a job, polling for status, downloading file when ready. That being said, if the Lead by Filter Type export is easier then I'm all for it :). Do you mean this?GET /rest/v1/{type}.json?filterType={field to query}&filterValues={comma-se...
Afternoon all.I have a scenario where on a daily basis, I need to extract all leads that have had an expiry date reached. It would be reasonable to assume that this will result in around 1,000 - 2,000 records each day needing to be extracted. Is Bulk extract the way to go? If so, how will I filter on...
@SanfordWhiteman ,Given the width of the Marketo Drop Down list for variables is quite narrow, I wonder if losing so much space to '--style..' isn't less usable??Probably six of one half a dozen of the other 🙂CheersJo
Josh,I dreamed up a solution that is hacky but is pretty universal.in my use case, I have created a global variableThe key here is to prefix the CSS stuff with a CSS comment which gives a human readable selector in the list box.then as needed put in the variable swapout into your template codeBecaus...
I'd love to see this as well. I'm in exactly the same boat. It would be great if Marketo supported the fairly common notion of a display value (blue) and a data value (the on brand hex code for your company's special shade of blue).
Hi there all and happy new year.Has anyone integrated facebook event RSVPs directly into Marketo?CheersJo
