I don't like Turnstile b/c it only lets me collect First + Last + Email as fields.I tried using the Marketo form feature, but it looks like it only passes the lead info in via API, but doesn't pass in the viewing activity at all. Have you encountered this at all?

Do you know if it has it happened to other leads in the system? If so, it could be related to your lead scoring campaign.Otherwise, Support can probably help you dive deeper into the activity log.

Sorry I meant the Activity Log.In the Activity Log, in the search box, just type in "Merge" and you should be able to see if the lead got merged with another record at one point in time.
