If you tested your email with a sample record you know was registered and the link worked, this is all on Webex's side.... wish I could provide more assistance.Also, may be better to set your default URL token to something like an email address or webinar issue landing page but just a thought.

Usually you want to assign all of your leads to reps based on geo (using the Sales Owner fields). From there the From Name is simple {{lead.Sales Owner Token}}. You could also build an assigned user segment and then make a single email dynamic based on this segment.
