At the moment, you cannot use Salesforce Account fields in a Marketo formula field. Why not?This would be very useful for me.

5 minute wait before Case Survey email is sent

This is a minor thing. But I do case surveys every time, religiously, after I close a case. But the Case Survey email fires through immediately after case closure.I think there should be a 5 minute delay on this email. If you haven't completed the case survey by then, fire the email by all means!

While I love the token functionality of Calendar ics files, it's not possible to actually style the text created. It always appears as the default hyperlink blue.I would suggest instead of an all-encompassing token that you use in place of text, let's make it simply a hyperlink location. That way, s...
