Definitely agree, it seems it would be much simpler to have one Smart Campaign which triggers off becoming an Account, which then pauses the person in the engagement program (or moves them to a blank Success stream). Otherwise, the logic is replicated when in reality it should apply to the engageme...
I would suggest doing this with nested programs rather than nested emails. What you need to do is....keep the first three streams you have, but instead of having them as email casts, make them nested programs. Each program will have one email (the relevant one for that program), and two smart campai...
This is tricky to diagnose since it seems to be intermittent (happening to some, but not all). Everything I can think of wouldn't create those leads in Marketo at all, rather than simply missing fields....Sorry!
I'd love to know if this is possible using the Zoom integration. I'm guessing no, but would love to be proven otherwise....
You could maybe try date stamping when the campaign was last run using the {{system.datetime}} token into a custom field. Then add in as a filter to your program "(custom field) is not within the last x minutes", or something similar. Would that work?
Wow - you can do an addition on "change data value" like that? I had seen that done with beta functionality but I haven't seen it like that!

Basically, there's an ID field in Salesforce on our Person Accounts that is the ID of another account. It represents the travel agency that a person last booked with. So I'...
Hi Vishakha Long story short is that in a list upload Marketo is matching by email address. Doesn't matter if SFDC ID is your unique identifier in the database generally, Marketo form fills and list uploads dedupe purely by email address. So what would happen is based on whether that email exists in...
Yep, that should be possible. You can use advanced wait steps to only advance to the next flow step in the next business day. More info here: https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Use+a+Duration+in+a+Wait+Flow+Step. I would use "Duration", then an arbitrary time such as 1 minute, with "Mon-F...
Hi Tom Sorry, we have only linked on Lead, not on Company. I've found this but likely you have already seen it: https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Understanding+Marketo+Custom+Objects#UnderstandingMarketoCustomObjects-customcompanyUsingCustomObjectswithCompanies. I hope this helps somewhat...
