Well hi there, Radioactive Sam! Up and atom. So, I downloaded the same nurture program and had a look. The channel type of that email sub-program is "Nurture Email", and "Skip" is a status. I believe that by having that status, a person is considered a "member" of that program, which in turn blocks ...
Hi James For technical HTML code questions I would recommend the Email Geeks Slack community (https://email.geeks.chat/). No doubt there are a few on here that will know anyway, but since this question isn't Marketo-specific you can likely just ask there. That community has a specific "code" channel...
Yep - as Sanford said above we might need a bit more info here. It might be a case for something like Google Forms where you can ask an initial question, then jump to a particular question based on a previous response. And if it's internal then branding isn't really an issue.
Maybe I'm reading it incorrectly but I don't see anything about pushing the attendance status back to Marketo, or the use of a Marketo custom object?
Love it! We have a similar thing and call it the "data universe". If you want to get creative you can enter it in the Stackies (https://chiefmartec.com/2019/12/enter-stackie-awards-2020-share-marketing-stack-martech-community/) - it's a great way to visualise how everything flows in and out, and for...
Yep this is basically how we've done it. Each custom object entry is one instance of an abandoned cart, and the fields show the products that are abandoned. Hint: this may be obvious but make sure they haven't bought those things when the email is sent....especially considering they may have bought...
This would be easier with a batch campaign as you mentioned if you don't need the info updated in real-time. Something like this would do what you want I think: 1. Batch campaign that runs daily, overnight. Filter is "data value changed", with any of the fields that are important to you. Unfortunate...
Fun problem! You don't want to use program-level {{my.tokens}} here since a person's clan is set at a person level. Unless you have one email per clan or something - but it doesn't sound like that's your scenario. So if I a person can only have one clan, level, and name at a time then you want this...
Hi Marie If someone entered that smart campaign before the change was made, then the Wait step would have been evaluated at that point, which is why it would have been sent out at the incorrect time. If you want to avoid this, you would have to use a single data flow action (grab all members of the ...
Ah. But given my initial code was in Python, does't the requests library take care of that? In Postman I see what you mean though, but that was my secondary test. So much left to learn!
