Hi Sonia, I'm not sure what your models will look like, but there were multiple speakers at the Summit who discussed using multiple modelers. When the slide decks are up, check out Eric Hollebone's (from Algonquin College) presentation. I'm sure there are others as well.

Hi Amy, I'm not as familiar with Eloqua, but I think that the two things I'd recommend are learning and loving programs and all of their quirks, features, and benefits, as well as utilizing the community if you have questions, comments, or suggestions!

Christina, I will typically use a "request campaign" flow action, along with a "remove from campaign" flow action to move people from one campaign to another.
