What I find bizarre is that the Cancel and Approve (whether it's Upload, or OK, or something else) flip flop locations on the site depending on what you're doing.To Scott's point, it can make people more mindful of what they're doing, but it's definitely a pain in the butt sometimes.

Just now, I had an email (only to about 1100 people) scheduled for 1:00, and I didn't receive it until 1:23. Sad when things are slow...

Darren, I'm not sure if it's just our integration or all integrations, but we need to create our fields in SFDC in order for both SFDC and Marketo to use them. The values are then synced over from SFDC.
