You might check to see that you don't have a duplicate lead where it's sending to the version of the lead you're not checking.

Thanks for the input. This is great and I hope more chime in.To clarify, to me a Marleto user is not just someone with a login who can create an email. They don't have to be certified experts, but they understand Marketo program structure, smart campaigns, how to build smart lists, etc.

I've setup a custom field to add +1 each time Activity is Logged.One challenge is filtering activity history to only count activities that are outbound attempts vs. activities that were just logged by systems.
