Eric,You should be able to update the dates and fields in SFDC if you have permission to so. Is you marketo program and sfdc campaign sync'd/connected at the moment? That might cause some problems in editing it.
It is a little confusing! Community feedback and help is for feedback on the Community itself (posting, interacting, navigating) and not on Marketo as a product. But the good news is, if you are ever having trouble using the Community, you know where to post it!
I would copy your customer success manager and your account executive since that is a really concerning to not have access when you need to get emails out.
