Just want to toss in here that one of the most important parts is how your CRM is setup. One CRM or multiple, how the database is segmented - that will play a major role in the build.
Stephanie is right on.I would say I also noticed a lot of questions around the engagement program. Studying the engagement program is a good idea, but if you haven't yet, I would build a few and test it out, that will really give you in-depth knowledge of how it works.

To toss my two cents in, I used to do email marketing for health care clients, and general wellness and clinic operating hours and information are always fine. It's just when communicating patient specific information that you have to review compliance. Sorry if that is too high level, ha.
