I don't think there is any way to block this. When importing, check the email address field example to make sure it is showing an email address.
I usually would look at their activity record and see what all was tracked and use that information to look for that action and then fill in the lead source.I can usually see info on the webpage id in the query parameters. You could also look at using a hidden field for the source on the form fill.
I think that it only allows you to add the date there and it won't allow more detail.
Can you provide information on the filters you are currently using for this?
I actually do want to send the SMS directly to the lead as the template is listed, but unfortunately this solution is not working using the information above. No SMS is sent so I must have something not working correctly in the webhook besides that token.
We set up our email preference center based on the types of emails that we send so I feel like it is somewhat custom to each user. Just make sure the customer can understand what they would sign up for with the email preferences.
You could create a smart list to look at visits to your thank you for submitting page compared to whether or not an alert was sent for that form fill. We have seen it happen where forms were not submitted, but not recently.
