Tokens can go off of fields that are already available that pull from the person's record. Local tokens which are for the specific program. Smart List Subscription - Edit Link Expiration Time Frame

For smart list subscriptions, it would be nice if we would be able to edit the link expiration time frame to more/less than 4 days. Each subscription could have a different amount of time that you want it to be able to be viewed.

If I understand correctly from Marketo, Marketo actually remembers anyone that has unsubscribed and if they are added back to the database, they will get marked as unsubscribed.

SFDC Sync Error

When merging to SFDC, it would be nice to pull the lead up if there was an error in syncing so that the person trying to sync it could go there and make the update and then try syncing again. Now, it doesn't really show that there is an issue, just doesn't sync and you have to go in the activity log...

We do have a system administrator for Marketo and another for Salesforce. The administrators do help with training, customizing SFDC, answering any user questions, etc.
