Thanks Shad - this is good to know. Were these daily calls included in your Support package (we have Premier Support) or did you require a separate professional services engagement on top of the original SOW?
Thanks for posting Shad. I feel a bit nauseous knowing now what we may be up against - especially since our sync to Dynamics has been delayed due to other major customization efforts taking place in CRM. Our plan was to continue to move forward with the Marketo implementation and start realizing ben...
Thanks so much Kimi! This is top priority for us (and also has become a major concern). BTW, you're not too far away from me (I'm in Macedonia).
Our IT/CRM team (MS Dynamics CRM) cannot support the integration requirements until the November timeframe. Given the significant investment we made in Marketo (along with Sales Insight, RCA and Social suite), we are moving forward to setup our environment (most of August) and will begin developing...

In Europe, we are organized by REGION (e.g., the Nordics region consists of Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark - each will have their own workspace). If we use country TAGS, will we be able to run rep...

Thanks Jeffrey. Is there somewhere that explains what each of these programs do? For example, when I click on "Data Management", there is no description.
