Hi Heather,The default From Email is only used in situations where the From: line in an email is empty, so changing the default should not impact your deliverability if you are putting a value in the From: line of your emails to begin with.
It's an easy mistake to make. I just pointed it out here because a lot of people don't realize token failure can cause a soft bounce, and they try to troubleshoot it as a deliverability issue instead.

Hello Carol,There isn't a way to recall email if it has already been sent. You can abort campaigns/email programs that are currently in the process of sending, but emails that have already been sent can't be recalled.
Hello Riz,If you go into Admin > Tags > Channel > Tradeshow, you will see that the two Mobile Check-In statuses you have are Registered and Attended. All the leads in your screenshot have a status of Invited, not Registered, so they will not show up in the Check-In App.
