Batch Campaign run confirmation notifications

There should be an option to set up notifications to have a list of e-mail addresses notified when a Batch Campaign starts running and when a Batch Campaign finishes running.This would be different than the Send Alert Flow step because you wouldn't want to be notified for every Lead that processes.
