Hi Anastasia,If the email is suspended, it usually means someone on the IP hit a spam trap and got the IP blacklisted, and your email got bounced as spam as the result. If you are on the shared IPs, the Marketo instance responsible for the spam trap hit and blacklisting may or may not be yours. I ...
Hello Eric,'Email Suspended' is a historical field. A more accurate name for this field would probably be 'This email was suspended at some point in its history.' You can check the timestamp on the 'Email Suspended' field and if it is more than 24 hours ago, the lead is not currently suspended. I...
Hello Anastasia,Marketo sorts bounces into two categories. Category 1 is for emails bounced as spam, Category 2 is for emails bounced as invalid address. If a lead bounces as Category 1, the lead is suspended. If it bounces as Category 2, it is set to Email Invalid instead. You can see the bounc...
Hi Dan,Given the nature of my testing (a bunch of newly created leads) the most recently created would also be the most recently updated, so you might want to do some testing on your own to determine if the create date or the update date is the determining factor.
Hi Danish,I would suggest that you contact support with the details of the issue so they can troubleshoot with you. In order to determine what is happening, the we would have to take a look at the engagement program to see the details of how it is put together.

I considered the time constraint to be implicit in the wait step, and since you didn't specify a time constraint in your Smart List, I assumed you were doing so as well.
Alternatively, instead of making a separate Smart List for "No Webpage Visit", you could use the choicesif Not Visited Web Page is [specified page] -> send emailandif Not Visited Web Page is [specified page] -> Add to ListUsing the inactivity filter saves the added bulk of an added Smart List.
Hello Gregoire,Perhaps I misunderstand you, but Marketo will see whether the "Blocked from Marketo" box is checked, so you can use it in a filter to remove the leads. I've used this method with many customers during my time in Support. If the box is unchecked at a later date, the lead will then sy...
I was about to suggest the same thing. Support could enable a custom sync filter that would prevent leads from syncing back down to Marketo. The steps are pretty easy:1. Create a boolean field on the Lead and Contact objects in SFDC called "Blocked from Marketo" (or something similar.)2. Set the f...
