Sorry, I didn't even really know how to title this question. Here is the situation:We send out emails to the people in our database asking them if they still want our updates and to unsubscribe or say yes and update the information we have on record for them by going to a Marketo landing page with a ...
Thanks Sanford. I may give that a shot but when I sit back and think of the volume of emails we will be sending, that's a lot of extra editing. I guess I'll post it in the idea section and remove the subject token from the alert emails. Thanks again!
Yeah, I get it would be two different implementations, just a shame it would not work correctly for dynamic emails which is a large part of what we do. Will be confusing for our sales agents. Thanks Greg.

Thanks Dory, I found a button to escalate right in the ticket so I tried that this morning. We will see. Don't want to get anyone in trouble but I've asked for an update 3 times since the 22nd with no response and now my managers are on my butt for status so I've got to do something...
Not sure exactly. May be the difference between the end user being signed into google or not but again, I'm not sure. I collect search engine and term in alert emails and I see google ones come through.
Ravi, the error simply says "System Error" with no other details.
