Munchkin "should" be on all the pages. It's always possible that cookies/js is blocked but we are pretty much b2c and our demographic skews older so I would think that would be a pretty small percentage.

Carissa had a pretty slick idea. Unfortunately it does not seem to play well with dynamic or module driven emails which is mostly what we send... Bummer.
